Dhaliwal Rocky Dds

I went to Dr. Dhaliwal for my first check up and had no cavities. After going back a few months later they said I had 9 cavities! What?! How could I have had so many cavities accumulate in a short amount of time? I thought there was something wrong, I couldn't afford to get all of the cavities taken care of so put it on hold. I just went to a new dentist a year later and I have ZERO cavities! I know its expensive to live up there, but COME ON!

I too felt exactly like the previous posters. I finally decided to change to a new dentist, only to find out he wanted an additional $25 for copies of the films which the insurance company paid him for. His office, equipment and staff are first class, his standards are not.

I found Rocky Dhaliwal and his staff (I think his wife is also is one of the dentists at his clinic) con artists. No issues with the quality of service in terms of teeth cleaning etc. they provided but they over charged and kept me in the dark about the charges until they sent me the bill at home. They had all the details about my comprehensive dental coverage from Metlife from the start but still this was the case. In fact I was given the wrong information on how much I would be paying. I had a very bad experience with them once and I am never going back to them. Beware of them. He is after money.

Dr. Dhaliwal advised me to get unnecessary dental surgery. He insisted I get a root canal. I learned later, from a dentist with over 15 years of experience, that the root canal was not necessary. During my root canal procedure, Dr. Dhaliwal left the room on two occasions to clean the teeth of other patients. Each absence lasted longer than 10 minutes. During this time, I sat with my mouth open, unable to move. After I was finished, his staff tried to get me to get more procedures. I can't believe I was initially fooled by his nice office and friendly demeanor.

Dr Dhaliwal tries to impress you with his credentials, then his office proceeds to overcharge your insurance requiring you to pay outrageous amounts out of pocket, even when one has full dental coverage. I have some friends who use to go to him as well,and when we compare notes, we all realized he is an expert at figuring out what is NOT covered by your insurance so that you will have to pay more. He may be a good dentist, but ethically he is suspect and his office staff is very aggressive in collecting the bill as well. Great choice if you've got money to burn.
