I've held a couple of dinner parties at Twin Palms. The catering department are friendly, professional, accommodating and never have a problem getting in contact with someone to discuss the smallest of details. Both parties went without a hitch -- all my friends/relatives enjoyed the food and the martinis and stayed through the night dancing and enjoying life. If I ever have to throw a large party again or just for a night out with the girls, this will definitely be on my top list.

we went here for a friends birthday dinner. they made a special menu for us. it was fantastic. i got the steak and salmon. it was soo good. the desert cake was also phenomenal. the service and drinks were excellent. afterwards we danced. the crowd is a little older, well older than my college age friends, probably becuase it is more expensive. it is a very nice place to go to dinner or just hang out

I went here for an organizations Christmas party. It was amazing. They had it decorated beautifully and we had a whole room to ourselves. The food was to die for and they were very attenttive to such a large group. There was live music playing and we had a great time. I would love to go back here sometime for another event.

I've been here for a brunch with my husband on the weekend, which was a very nice buffet, and for lunch during the week. They have a $10 express lunch which has a nice selection of options, and we didn't have any huge issues with the service. They have live music on the weekend and that was very fun. It's in a very pretty building with nice outdoor seating that feels very California and welcoming.

.... since it's basically outdoors under a big tent -- midwesterners and easterners are awed. Can go year-round because the tent is heated. Food is a little inconsistent - varies from excellent to just good. Entertainment is a plus. Try Sunday brunch.

I went to Twin Palms both for drinks and then again for lunch. I had a good experience both times. For a bar, this is a fun place to hang out with friends. Drinks are strong so watch out if you are a lightweight! When I went for lunch, I ordered the Gnocci and it was fantastic! Service here was really good and fast. Prices are high but the food is fantastic. Go to Twin Palms on a special occassion. I thought it had a great atmosphere (outdoors) on both occassions. Parking can be found in the nearby Delacey Street garage.

Twin Palms is a wonderful place to eat and on a Friday or Sat. night it's a great place to party. They have great drinks and it's just a great atmosphere. It's located just South of Colorado Blvd in Pasadena.

This restaurant is fabulous! You can eat outside under this large covering. In the evenings they have live music, great drinks and a fun atmosphere. You can't go wrong if you are looking for a place to eat in Old Town. Park in 90 minute free parking lot.

The lunch menu had a wide selection of entrees to choose from. Great martini menu. The service was efficient and friendly. Also, I've attened this restaurant/bar for the night life, great band, tasty drinks and comfortable ambiance.
Go and have a good time!

Nice outdoor seating in the daytime, and the food is good, but I can't say the wait staff is terribly attentive, and the prices are high (esp for lunch).

They have a great Twim Palms salad that has a unique taste and perfect for someone who always orders salads and wants something different. Small portions for the price.

Good atmosphere. Servings are on the small size for the price.

When I went there for my friend's birthday, it was average. The prices are high but the size of the meal doesn't match the price. There were also quite a few items on the menu that weren't available to order due to a shortage or something and that looks unprofessional. The server was very friendly but at times was no where to be found. I would recommend the Creme Brulee, it was so tasty.

They have great deals on take out and their sit down menu is reasonable as well.

Twin Palms has the right mix of atmosphere, clientele, food, and fun. I've been there several times when there's a musician quietly performing or a really intersting video playing on the big screen. They have unique, exciting specialty drinks. The food is good but sometimes not "assembled with care" if you will. A bit pricey but makes for a nice dinner out, especially with a group of friends.

I love going to this unique restaurant. The food is great, although a bit overpriced, and the ambiance is very nice. It is upper-scale, but not too stuffy. When we tried to get a table on New Years Eve last year and they were booked, the manager wentway beyond the call of duty and called around to a bunch of other restaurants for us until he found one that would take us. Great service!

Very romantic, nice atmosphere. A little loud, but a cool place, all the same. Food was very good. Dessert was GREAT! Try the chocolate cake.
