Tiki Ti

If I could run a bar out of my garage, it would be Tiki Ti. I love this place, it has real, dead blowfish hanging from the ceilings, out-of-state license plates and a grotto in the corner! What else does a bar need?
Oh yeah, they have some of the strongest cocktails I've ever had.

This place is just a fun experience that everyone needs to try once. It can sometimes get overhyped, but it's fun nevertheless. Drinks are expensive, but they have a lot of alcohol and it's fun to have a big group there together. Also the place is SMALL, so get there early to get a spot.

If you've never been to Tiki Ti, you haven't experienced LA like you should. A small, family-owned bar the size of someone's living room, this bar makes the most potent yet delectable drinks that will guarantee to have you drunk before you know it. The drinks are pricey - on average it's about $14 - but make no mistake, one bloody mary is equivalent to having at least 4 vodka tonics at a regular bar. One of the last bars that allows smoking inside, they also offer free snacks and an island decor. Plus it's a lot of fun when you yell "Tora!" as they pour tequila every time. You might not get in if you go any time after 9pm, but it's well worth the wait. Just make sure you eat and someone is monitoring your drinking so you don't get too crazy.
