my friend lives their and has a nice apartment but the price was high.the pools are the best part and the tenants seem fun. the entrance is a joke. why do they waste money. its not security by any means.
Pros: central,tenants,pools
Cons: value
I recently lived in the Loggia area of Newport Bluffs. Great amenities, lots of shiny sports cars. But the DOG NOISE is absolutely crazy. From about 4:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. there is way too much barking. The people out walking their dogs often set off other peoples' dogs. The walls are thin, and for about $2,000 / month, I expected a lot better. Parking spaces are noticeabley wide which is great.
Pros: Parking spaces, Amenities, Location
Cons: Dog noise, Thin walls, Loud walkways
Newport Bluffs is gorgous. The pool is amazing, wonderful property services, landscaping and more. However, construction varies from area to area. If you're looking in the Residencia part of the property the construction enables you to hear a bit more noise than you should. You expect to hear your neighbors in an apartment, but the sound is a bit much. Also, if you choose to live on the canyon - beautiful views, but the sound caries A LOT from the park below. You're just about participating in the softball, baseball and soccer below.
Basically, you're paying for your zip code and the pool. And, you're paying a lot!
Pros: amenities, maintenance, location
Cons: noise, parking, noise
