Cafe Beaujolais

Oh. My. Goodness. My husband I I had just returned from our honeymoon in Paris and were dying for more French food. Who would have thought it was right down the street from our home? The waiters are all native French speakers and the food rivals that of the best Parisian restaurants. Another plus - it's that nice unrushed French dining experience. You are encouraged to linger over your meal. We dressed up, but there were diners in jeans as well. Reservations recommended.

Extremely funny and interactive waiters. They are accomodating to large groups (be sure to make a reservation though). Authentic French experience. The desserts are great! I recommend trying the french fries too (they are not on the menu).

Great Italian food. My girlfriend loves this place because all the waiters flirt with her.

Very fun. Not sure if the food is French or Spanish, but it is good. The help are nice and make every meal fun.

Classic French restaurant experience. The food is great. I can enthusiastically recommend everything on the menu. The desserts are even better. The staff put the experience over the top. They are friendly, interact with you and maintain superb service.

I strongly recommend reservations. Seating is limited and meals are not short, so if you end up waiting it could be a while.

If you are in the Eagle Rock area Cafe Beaujolais is something you have to try.

Great French restaurant in the middle of Eagle Rock. Authentic to the core. Closed Mondays. Only open for dinner. Wonderful wine list. Reservations recommended Friday & Saturday evenings. Wednesday night is jazz night.
