I bought my first car at Big Valley Ford and I still remember the awesome experience I had with them. I was there for hours trying to find the perfect fit for my budget and lifestyle. They were patient and answered all of my questions?of course because they wanted the sale, right? But, the part that stands out to me most was after the sale. I brought my car back a few weeks later thinking I was hearing a noise and they looked it over, allayed my fears and I was still not convinced. So, the Director of the Service Department came out to speak with me and offered to take a drive so we can listen to the ??noises?? I thought the car was making. We drove around for a few miles and I pointed out the strange noises to which turned out to be the air conditioner coming on. I left completely satisfied. I still get a letter from them every few months to make sure I have no further questions. I travel a ton and now have over 120,000 miles on my vehicle. I??ve never had a problem with my car. I LOVE Big Valley Ford.
