I live in Seal Beach and travel to Irvine to go to this hospital. They are the best I have ever used. No unnecessary tests done. I have four kitties and a guide dog. They are kind and very thorough. I am so impressed with Dr. Jeff Glass.

This place is wonderful for your furry family members. They were very professional, friendly, and remembered me when I walked in a few days later, they did not treat me like I was just another paying customer, I felt special like they

I love Dr. Glass, and Dr. McDonald. My little pooch is a sensitive animal to all kinds of medications and can get severe allergies. They go above and beyond to make sure they are giving her the right medications. The staff are loving, courteous and caring. I just moved from Irvine to Long Beach, but I'll continue to come to Stonecreek Animal Hospital because of the quality medical care and kindness that they show to my pets.

Dr. Glass at Stonecreek Animal Hospital is by far the best vet I have ever found. After moving to Arizona and spending upwards of $10,000 dollars on my cat at various veterinary specialists, I still did not have a diagnosis or explanation of why my cat was so ill. I put in a call to Dr. Glass (he was my vet when I lived in California) and was able to talk to him within the same day. He had reviewed the giant stack of medical records I had faxed over, and spent about 45 minutes talking with me. In that 45 minutes, I got a list of possible diagnoses, most of which the other vets I had seen had never mentioned, a diagnostic plan, and an overview of the treatments for the various possibilities. Forty five minutes talking to Dr. Glass over the phone was a thousand times more useful than an entire year and 10,000 dollars at all the other vets, and his prices are more than reasonable. I am flying out to California with my cat ASAP because I don't trust anyone else with my cat's life like I trust Dr. Glass.

I went to stonecreek for a second opinion,Dr Glass and Dr MacDonald evaluated my dog and diagnosed his knee problem right away. After a surgery and amazing care by both of them and their staff, my dog is as good as new. I can"t praise them enough

I have been an animal lover all of my life. my dog is the most important thing to me.When she was ill I was devastated. I took her to Stonecreek after seeing another vet. they figured out her problem, fixed it and treated me like gold. I have never been treated so well, professionally and my dog was treated with such kindness. i would not go anywhere else. They are the best.

I had just moved to Irvine, and went there just because they were very close to where I live.

I brought a shelter cat to this vet hospital to buy a flea medicine, but asked them to do "first check up" also. I asked them to do a thorough job because this cat was just coming from a shelter and that I had a healthy cat at home. They took the cat to the back, then brought her out, and told me that the new cat was in good health. I was sort of surprised that they wanted me to stay out in the waiting room while they did whatever they did.

I kept the new cat in a separate room until I could make sure that she had no more fleas (abour 48 hours.) Two days later, I bathed, used my hair dryer to dry the cat, and checked her make sure that she was flea free. I noticed two bold spots on her. Worried if she had ringworm, I took the cat back to them. They kept me outside again. They then gave me an estimate to run two separate tests for mites and ringworm. This was strange to me; a clean bill less than 48 hours ago, but now two possible medical issues.

I spent most of next few days to launder things and clean out the house. I had to toss out a lot of things due to ringworm concerns (worth at least $400-$500, but nothing compared to stress that I've been under due to health concerns.)

I then called them on a Friday just to discuss what happened so they could give do a better job for me the next time. The staff totally denied that I had brought the cat in for what they call a "shelter exam." She repeatedly stated that she didn't see any records showing that they did any exam on my cat at all. I asked to speak with the owner.

The Owner doctor called me on Monday. He then went on telling me (1) the staff maybe didn't see the chart, but he has a file on my cat, (2) it was possible for the bold spots were not there when they saw the cat but cat possibly picked up mites/ringworm after their exam (3) my bathing of her could have caused the spots, (4) they do "shelter exam" as a service but usually for the cats from places other than where I got my cat from (seemed to say that they did me a big favor by having the cat in their office.) I am not a vet and anything is possible, but pick up possibly both mites and ringworm in less than 48 hours? Chances are slim. A better possibility is that they missed it or never looked at the cat. That makes more sense to me.

The doctor is obviously very smart and wants to avoid certain issues. He knew that I had some paperwork in my possession showing that my cat was there. How they run their business is not my business. If they want to charge $10 or $1,000 for a first exam, then just say so. If they choose to do work on my pet, then I expect them to do a reasonably decent job to protect my household.

What makes me even more angry about this incident is total lack of sincere regrets from them. Sure the owner said, "I am sorry" - but it was clearly just a "damage control" to protect themselves. Didn't sense that he was sorry a bit for all that I've been going thru because they failed to notice possible ringworms (I have no idea why they wanted to do a test for mites are because another vet quickly told me that there was no mite.) I hope that no one in the house gets ringworms in coming days/weeks, so this saga could end here.

Dr Glass is great and I have been to numerous horrible vets because I have a dog with lots of issues and Stonecreek is the only vet office that I would recommend. This vet has gone above and beyond to make sure my animals are healthy and happy.

As for the individual complaining that that don't even sell flea shampoo...why don't you try a pet supply store for that...what a novel idea! Stonecreek is more concerned with your pets health rather than selling you a bunch of crap at the register.

I highly recommend this office.

Stonecreek Animal Hospital is the best place to take your pet if you want a caring environment where they seem to truly love animals and their owners too.

We have had a few different vets through the years and none of them have been great. When we moved to Irvine we got a recommendation for a friend to try Stonecreek and are we extremely happy.

The level of care and expertise is phenomenal. I would highly recommend this clinic to any pet owners

We really feel like family at Stonecreek. They treat our pets like they were their own. The Vets and staff are extremely Knowledgeable. I wish my own doctor was as organized, helpful and caring as they as. My cat is getting better health care that I am... it's not fair.

I don't usually take the time to write reviews but I was so impressed by the great service and professionalism of Stonecreek Animal Hospital that I had to write a review.

We are pet people and have used many vets throughout the years, but we have never been to a vet as fantastic as Dr Glass. He was able to diagnose what was wrong with our dog which is amazing because we took her to several vets and they were unable to help her. Dr. Glass took the time to explain everything to us and set up a comprehensive treatment plan. She is now completely healthy and we are ecstatic . The staff is very friendly and we really felt like everyone there cared.

We take all our animals there and have always received a level of care that is beyond our expectations.

I can't begin to tell you how great the staff of Stonecreek has been with my dog's unique problems. It started out with a not-unusual case of torn ACL (both legs) in a small dog. Dr McDonald is a fantastic surgeon for this. Everything was going great until about the 8 week mark when he started rejecting the nylon implants (very rare) leading to a second surgery to remove them and now treatment for autoimmune disease and hypothyroidism plus the arthritis that developed because of the the torn ACL. Stonecreek has been beyond wonderful with their care of my little Drama King! And I love how I get a complete explaination of everything so I understand exactly what is going on and exactly what options I have. It's out of my way but I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Great vet's office. The staff is all very friendly, and the doctors do a great job of explaining procedures without being condescending. Not the cheapest you'll find, but the prices are still reasonable and the great service makes it worthwhile. They typically call a couple of days after an appointment to check in with you and see how your pet is doing, and if at any time you need to call with questions, they're always more than happy to help. My timid dog actually looks forward to going in here!

Stonecreek doesn't even sell flea shampoo, and the reviewer just rambles on about nothing. I am not sure if the person has confused them with another place or they are just plain confused

Had my dog groomed and vaccinated here. Service was quick and competent. The service was done in the alloted time. Price was average compared to the other local veterinary services. They have compassionate vets who truly care about your pet. I would highly recommend this place. Parking is also adequate. The only problem is fitting in the office hours of the vet.

This place is expensive, but worth it. I like this business because they treat my animal with love and kindness. They treat all animals like this and there goal is to keep them healthy.
They have a play area for the animals and give them treats after they listen to them. It is locate din the heart of Irvine and alot of the neighbors come here. They do charge a constitation fee unfortunatly, nothing is free in there.
