We've been taking our VW to Harold at PA German Car for about 4 years. We are continually impressed with the service and quality of the work. Work is done fast and with high quality.

I have been going here for years, and only regret that I now drive a Volvo, as he does not work on them much. Harold is honest, and does good work, I have had him fix both Mercedes and VW's that I have owned.
We bring our 1998 VW Jetta to Palo Alto German. Although they are a bit pricey, they do stand behind their work. Before completing work, Harold always calls and discusses it with us. We are not "hard-sold" on any services that we may not need.
They are also able to complete work quickly.
I have an Audi A4 and my husband has a BMW 3-series, and we both take our cars to Palo Alto German for repairs/maintenance. They do great work and Harold the owner is a wealth of information.
