Yikes! After the big rains we had a month ago, my panic alarm randomly went off a couple of times for no reason. I still have a year left on my bumper to bumper warranty on my car, so I took it in to the service department at McCoy & Mills. At first, the service writer tried to blow me off saying that I have an aftermarket alarm. However, their "alarm expert" that checked it out said that yup it was a factory ford alarm. Unfortunately, all he did was check the shock sensor setting by banging on my car. At the time I thought, damn man take it easy since he was really going to town working out some aggression on my Mustang, but I figured he's a "professional." Well, a week ago after washing my car I noticed that he "professionally" put three dings above my driver side window. I'm kinda pissed. I know sooner or later you get dings on your car, but these are the only ones I've got. Plus, yeah you might get some dings in the parking lot, but getting dings at the dealership's service department?! Anyways, they just sent me on my way after "checking" my shock sensors; they never took my information. I figure if I go back down there to complain; they'll just claim I was never there. However, life full of lessons, and I got two. First, never go to McCoy Mills' service department. Second, never leave without getting some kind of paperwork.

I just purchased a "Pristine" 2006 Ford Escape from McCoy Mills Ford. I have got to give the entire sales/finance/service departments 5 STARS for their extreme professional attitude. Everything was completed quicky and professionally.

If you ever buy a car here, you will never go anywhere else. I'm not exaggerating. No pressure (not even in the Finance Dept.). No going back and forth to the sales manager. No surprise hidden costs. They just give you a rock bottom price, kind of the way Saturn was supposed to work.

They actually made a mistake on my sales tax (charged me too little for where I live), and I got a call from finance that they wanted me to pay a little more. I made a simple call to my salesman (Michael Fowler is the best), and five minutes later, he called me back and said not to worry about it.

PLUS: they give you a lifetime oil change agreement for free (the cost of materials only). I bought my first car over forty years ago, and have never, ever had an experience anything remotely close to as great as the one at McCoy Mills Ford. BTW the Fusion is awesome, too.

I have been very pleased with everything that this Ford dealer has done for us when it came to our vehicles. They have great customer service. They send out really good coupons in the mail. And their prices seem to be very reasonable. I definitely recommend going there for your next car issue!

This was the 4th Ford dealership we visited before buying our 2007 Escape Hybrid... and we drove 40 miles to get here. The best part for us was being able to negociate a price over the phone before going to the dealership. I would definately recommend this dealership to anyone. Just beware of the additional stuff they try to sell you after you make the deal on the car (extended warranty, etc).

Pros: Over the phone quotes

Cons: Pressure to buy "extras"

I have been coming to this dealership for over twenty years. In this time I have bought numerous cars as well as used the body shop and had repairs/maintenance done without ever being disappointed in the service. They are one of the few honest places still around.

We have been taking our cars for repair here for years. located in Fullerton, these guys do great service to cars. They have a very easy drop off system that is availabe 24 hours a day and works well for those unexpected car situations. Their staff is friendly and knowledgable, and most importantly, won't try to talk over your head about car problems. We recently took our car there to be repaired after an accident and they did an excelent job to the car. I recomend this location very much.
