I recently walked into this store, I have always had great service and its always been my choice for all my mailing services. Today I went the locations on 4719 quail lakes drive, suite g, Stockton, ca 95207. I went to drop of a delivery; I was going to ship something else that day. So I asked Chuck (the person who helped me) if I could purchase a box for a delivery of my phone. He found a box and gave me the total it was 78 cents. I go to pay him with my debit card, and he says are you kidding me youre going to pay me with a credit card! then he says they are going to charge me 20 cent when someone pays with a credit card! I replied back saying its a debit, he said still your paying me with a credit card. I said sorry thats all I have. He dint apologized for his rude behavior. Then his employees are laughing about it. The worst thing is chucks the owner! How does someone want their business to have a customer base if he chops it down himself? If the store is slow I hope he does not blame his employees for not up selling or it doing bad its chucks fault. I will never go to this location again I hope you dont also!
