You'll have it grilled, boiled, broiled, steamed, in soup, and in leaves. What more to ask for? How 'bout the fresh vegetables and vermicelli noodles to go with the beef? All for about $11 per person. The owner also owns Golden Deli, and I panned that establishment (hopefully to smithereens), but this one is a winner.
