Bennigans Restaurant

I'm usually in Glendale to go to a specific bar, but needed to eat once and happened upon this place. Had a great time. The service was fast and friendly and the food was great.

This Bennigans is kind of hidden upstairs to a record store on Brand Blvd. I think this helps in the fact that there is never a wait, and food comes out quickly. Staff is very friendly and 3 of them remember my girlfriend and I by name, even though we only go once or twice per month.

Great restaurant, I am always begging my wife to go out here =) it's my favorite. Amazing food, nice cheap meal, good portion size.. I want to go there right now just thinking about it!

I love going to this restaurant, especially on the outside patio. Bennigans is on the second floor so the patio overlooks everything and is beautiful at sunset.

Bennigans usually has musicians or singers out on the patio, and if not, there is a man who sits on the sidewalk down below and sings with his guitar - almost every night and he is actually pretty good - been there for years. So the atmosphere is wonderful.

Downtown Glendale used to be very nice but now there is construction. But it will be even better once they finish. Give it a few months until the sidewalk construction is done, and until the old buildings are knocked down.

As for the food.. A++. Great food, great prices (A meal for 2 is usually only $20).. I am always craving their food. One of the best places to go in Glendale.

PROS: Atmosphere, Music, Food, Service, Outside Patio
CONS: Construction going on around Downtown Glendale. Wait until late summer (05)
