.

Just tried to charge me $46 for three items, only one of which was truly dirty. Trust me, this was WAY too high for my cheap clothes. Another customer behind me was equally appalled at their quote and walked back out with her items after being quoted $28 to hem a cuff. WTF??

Tried to charge me $8 for cotton work pants, $16 for a vintage faux satin slip, $15 for a metallic silk shawl with 3-4 stains, and an $8 surcharge for "stains" on the entire order. I took issue with the charge for the slip, and the surcharge. Owner was not present, Worker reached her on the phone after trying in vain to convince me that these were fair market prices and I was just cheap. !!

Owner was uber-rude, hung up on me to take care of another customer at whatever other business she was at. WHen I threatened to make trouble for them, negotiations commenced. I was asked how much I would like to pay for these items, I proclaimed, "those that are listed on your price list that is posted for the public to see," knowing full well no such list exists. Was forced to pay $35 (a random amount), over the threat that "owner said just keep the clothes." Tried to make me promise I would just drop the whole thing for $35. I said not a chance and demanded the name and phone number of the owner. Worker just flatly refused to give me her name (which I know is Jackie from Yelp), telling me that the owner didnt want to talk to me about this anymore.

SCANDALOUS! Pricing at whatever they say after the fact, stupid customer service decisions, and no accountability. I hope they get shut down.

Pros: Clean items

Cons: No clue what you're paying, clothes held hostage until you do
