i like the food and the place but tte prices are pretty high. there are other options that can give you the same quality food and service for a more reasonable price.

I brought my entire family of 7 people there for lunch around 1:30PM on Sunday afternoon. There were not too many customers there. After we went in, several customers walked in. We ordered some standard lunch boxes, 2 fried udons, and 1 beef fried noodle.
The standard lunch boxes took about 25 nimutes to come, it was fine even though it was longer than before. After I finished my lunch box, then came the fried udons, it was about 40 minutes after we ordered. After about another 20 minutes, the beef fried noodle was still no show. We checked the waitress, she went in to check with the chef, the reply from the chef was "there was no fry pan available to do the fried noodle" Unbelievable!! So we canceled it. It had been almost 1 hour from the time we ordered. The customers next to our table were also angered by the long wait of their meals and yelled "I want to cancel my order too!"

Furthermore, when we received the bill, they put on 15% tips themselves. We understand it is their policy to charge 15% tips for large party. But with such long wait and lousy service, how dare they put on 15% tips without shame or at least feel some embarrassment? Unbelievable!!!

Horrible management of this restaurant ends up our horrible experience! They do not even deserve 1 star with such service and attitude.

This was a pleasant surprise! The food was excellent and the service was great! The people there, were friendly and made you feel like you were at home. Very relaxed atmosphere and we didn't feel rushed. The food was terrific and everything was very fresh and tasty and cooked to perfection. Tons of choices here for even the pickiest of eaters. The American Mocha coffee was WONDERFUL and I thought much better than you get at other places (Starbucks are you listening???). The hot tea was plentiful and served with your own tea press so you can have refills without bothering the server. Excellent choice for a night on the town or a quiet romantic dinner.

Their food is okay, but their drinks aren't worth the expensive price at all! They're pretty overpriced, and you could get cheaper drinks that taste much better at many other Asian cafes.

standard boba but not a ripoff. Only place I know that has konjac - it's like that coconut jelly that you get in the little clear gumdrop shaped packages at asian foods - tastes like that. Not really lychee.

Cafe Ophelia's bento boxes may be a bit on the expensive side but their food is beautiful AND delicious. Furthermore they have 1$ milk pearl tea drinks, so much more worth it than the expensive ones from Tapioca Express, etc. I love Cafe Ophelia because they have such a nicely designed place and a kind staff, it's great to go there because you are greeted right away. Good food, good atmosphere, good employees, what more can you ask for?

Cafe Ophelia is just a lovely place to go, whether you just want a drink or a full sit down meal. The atmosphere is cozy romantic intimate and the menu is impressive for a late night venue. Although, it has been closing a couple hours earlier lately. You can go for a snack or go into the restaurant and have a full two/three courses. The food is typically Chinese but with some variation, with a few specials to choose from. Prices are average, and the portions are medium, but you will not go hungry. I've tried the beef stew and fried rice in addition to their grass jelly tea. They have good desserts, too. Namely, tiramisu. Just a nice place to go to when it's late and you want to meet up with a friend.

PROS: late hours, nice ambience
CONS: little pricey
