Angela arranged for me to test drive 2 Prius models. She was very helpful and explained the many features of each Prius. Angela guided me through every step in the leasing process and helped me program the display features on the car. I wish all of my business transactions were this easy and thorough. It was a joy to work with Angela!

I was so happy! The facility was clean and inviting, everyone was busy, but the mood was relaxed. There was no feeling that "someone's out to trick me into spending more than I want..." (If you know what I mean). Mark was professional, sincere, genuinely cared about me and my truck, but was also very friendly and affable. We had good conversation, and as a representative of I-10 Toyota, I don't think I could have had a better salesperson. Finance and delivery were awesome, and made the drive out to Indio well worth it. PS, I posted pictures and posted to facebook already, and told my 2000 + friends how I-10 beat everyone's deal in Orange County, but also how there was no "bait-and-switch" ..... Overall, I was treated wonderfully, with respect, honestly....and I know that there wasn't a lot of profit, so I really appreciate the top-tier customer experience even more. Thank you Mark, you were a consummate pro with the email follow-ups, you captured my business from my local dealerships with a great deal and great salesmanship.
