In response to the previous comment, I think you may have us confused with a different shop. As an employee of Cartronics, I take any feedback in the highest regard. I searched for you in my records and do not show any purchases with the first name Ryan, last name beginning with an "S" and living where you live.
If I am mistaken, please come in so we can do whatever it takes to make it right for you. We warranty our labor for as long as you own your vehicle.
You say "...even tho it looks worse than when you brought it in." Did you bring us an application from a previous install from elsewhere. that you wanted repaired by us?

The are quick to sell you something or say that they need to up grade you. But when you come back to get something fixed so sorry the can't do anything for you even tho it looks worse then when you brought it in. So I would go some where else

We have found that Cartronics has a great selection of car stereos, amps, speakers, DVD monitors, GPS systems and many other items for your vehicle. They are reasonably priced on most items and you can find some at a good sale price. They are knowledgeable of their products and the installation there of.
