Decent pizza. Not the best I've ever had but reasonably priced. Was noisy when we went and the service wasn't spectacular. Been a few months so might have improved.

Caveat: I'm prejudiced because I live just down the street and I eat there at least once a week.
I've eaten nearly everything on the menu, and there's nothing I don't like. There are some things I like better than others.
History: There used to be several Rocky's Pizzas in the Palm Springs area, all owned by members of the same family, and all the owners came from Italy, and were bakers. The dough for their Pizza and bread is made and baked there, so it's fresh.
The families first immigrated to New Jersey and eventually migrated to the Coachella Valley.
The sandwiches are hot and baked to melt the cheese on them just before serving. The pizza is New York style. They make their own sauce, and only buy the best ingredients, so it's not the cheapest place to eat Pizzas, but the value is excellent. They even make their own Italian dressing, which I love.
The best deal? The lunch special, which runs from 11:00 AM, when they open, until 4:00 PM. It includes a drink and a small salad, as well as your selection of entree. There are three levels of cost. The cheapest is for two slices of pizza (cheese or cheese& pepperoni). For just a little more, you get a "small" sandwich, (which is not), [excluding some of the more expensive ones on the menu]. My favorite is the Super Sub. The most expensive entree consists of either spaghetti and meatball (the large Italian kind) or lasagna. That also comes with a garlic and cheese toasted half bun, and there's enough to STUFF you.
The best deal on Pizza is the New Yorker Special, which is a large, 3 topping pizza. I get sausage, pepperoni & garlic.
Their Rocky's Special pizza has too many toppings to name off the top of my head. All the sandwiches are also available a la carte in small or large size, and I like the eggplant Parmesan. The antipasto salad is enough for two, with cheeses, meats, artichoke heart, pepperchinis, olives, and lettuce.
Beer and wine are available. If you get a pitcher of soft drink, one refill is free. It's not a gourmet restaurant, but a family-friendly one with good food.
Pros: Good, fresh food at a moderate price.
Cons: You get your own silverware and napkins.

My Family has been eating Rocky's Pizza for MANY YEARS!!! My 3 kids always asked for Rocky's Pizza for their birthday dinner. Rocky's Pizza was their at our Little League parties and our family get together over the past 20 ? years. The other pizza places in town deliver to our area, but we would rather drive to town for their pizza. They also have a WONDERFUL antipasto salad that we have to have on the side!!! It's a Family business and everyone in there is friendly!!!
Pros: REALLY GOOD PIZZA!!! Good Prices - Friendly
