My husband and I have eaten in Louisiana and the food was not as good a Bon Temps. I love the collard greens and muffaleta and rice & beans etc. Every meal was fabulous. We have eaten here since the cook was serving up at Live Oak Festival food stand before he had a place. So sad about the fire. I was just sending a visitor over to the place when I heard the news. Hope and pray they can get back up and cooking.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner... ALL GOOD! The Mardi Gras celebration and dinner is great too! want some New Orleans flavor in SLO, here's the place to go!
4Bon Temps has fabulous food. Everything is awesome but I really love their breakfasts. They make an Eggs Benedict with fried green tomatoes that is amazing. The prices are in line with what you would expect. I would recommend them to anyone!
5The food here is really good and definitely unique. Go here if you want a quality yet out of the ordinary meal for a change. Definitely not your average burger and fries! The blackened chicken with fried green tomatos was great.
4whenever we get a craving for plain ole good food this is where we go. we have tried many different things and love it all. great cornbread, red beans and rice, collard greens. once the calamari wasn't quite right and the chef/owner came out, agreed it wasn't up to his standards and replaced it plus gave us dessert for free. my husband loves the poor boys and we have never had a bad meal, my parents love it too!

Pros: great food, cheap prices, good beer
