When I was looking for a special kind of flowers on a specific day, the Flower Cottage gave me a guarantee that they would be available on that day. Also, they packed it up in a nice package safe for travel for me to take along. The most amazing thing was that there was some confusion abt what she had quoted before, but she honored it either way. Great service!!
