Ultimate Staffing

I couldn't believe there were such poor reviews. I applied for an on line job that Ultimate was staffing. They called me right away so I came in to fill out the application.
Everyone was really friendly! I never had any problems with the staff and the manager would ask me all the time how I was doing.
My first job with an Escrow Company was close by for me but the boss was demeaning, cranky and awful to work with. I called Ultimate and they had me moved to a new job by the end of the week. They were really understanding and made me a priority. I know lots of others who used Ultimate and are now making 50K a year.
So yeah! At least the Pasadena Office, I would highly recommend.

My experience was the Ultimate in Irvine. They rush you through the interview process and then say they will call you and never call you back. They lie about open positions. When I requested how the temp agency thing works and how they get paid I was told "Its none of your business". They are definately rude and non responsive. They also try to low ball you as much as possible so they can try to make the most off of you.

The first time I spoke with someone they informed me to come to the office to fill out an application. I got a interview with MySpace the same day, I received a call 1 day later stating that I GOT THE JOB!!!! I love working for MySpace and I love the people @ Ultimate Staffing!!!!! There all great people!

I came to Ultimate Staffing, interviewed, and waited. Waited about 3 weeks and finally got a job.. yes!! So they told me I would be working in a call center in the "Pasadena area" and that I would be taking calls from people that want to register tools they bought at Target. Boring, but hey the $11 an hour promised would pay the bills. So I show up, the job is in some shopping plaza in San Gabriel, and there's three people working there. Low and behold, my job is to telemarket chinese tools to shops in the mid west. I spent three days there and bailed. Got my paycheck and was paid for $9 an hour. Since then, I called everyday for 3 weeks for a new job, and they have had nothing. There website shows 2 available jobs from 4 years ago. I would skip he bullshit and not waste your time there.

PROS: none
CONS: no jobs! liars

Called numerous times even e-mailed resume, finally spoke with someone in the in the office. She promised to call back and never did . Guess they don't need the business.
