Quality Tune-Up Shops

I went to Quality Tune Ups for an oil change and had a very good experience. Unlike Jiffy Lube, the staff doesn't try to upsell you on every possible maintenance item. They did the oil change, did a quick check for major problems and I was out of there. When I arrived it was quite crowded and they told me it would take about 30 minutes. They were done in 29.

The only downside is the waiting area. Cheap outdoor plastic furniture on a badly stained linoleum floor. At least they had newspapers to read.

PROS: No attempts to upsell
CONS: Not a great waiting area

Their discount coupon is a scam since their price is 24.99 regardless of the coupon, but anyway, its a good deal. They were busy, but since I just wanted an oil change they were able to squeeze me in and finish in 15 minutes. They're nice, honest people.

I get oil change for my Honda accord here...Great people and great service. Will be out of the place in less than 30 minutes...Always make sure to carry the discount coupon that these people keep distributing. Will help reduce costs even more. It costs about 25 bucks for oil change and filter change and disposal. Great people and great professional service

CONS: getting hold of the discount coupon may be difficult

These people are real auto mechanics who know what they are doing. The oil change is really cheap, $24.95. While I was here they pointed out things in my car and were cool about answering questions. They also noticed something during the oil change that needed repair. HOWEVER, I went to another garage to get it fixed, saving myself $100!! Always get a second opinion!!.

CONS: they try to make up the cost by possibly inflating other repair costs
