Tseng Carey Od - Costco Optical Ctr

Tried to call for appt. for new glasses. Whoever it was answered phone after 8 rings, curtly said, "Hold," then nothing for 6 minutes. Hung up, called back 5 minutes later. Phone rang 15 times, no answer. Evidently can't be bothered to answer phone politely or call back. I voted with my feet, called Montebello Costco optical Dr., got prompt, polite service. This guy deserves no business.

I've been to Dr. Tseng twice and both times I felt very rushed. His office is located inside Costco in Alhambra. In addition, unfortunate for me, his knowledge in providing adequate care to someone with high vision problems seem limited and I ended up getting contacts that aren't suitable for me. Yet, he didn't seem to care about customer satisfaction. If you just want a quick fix like a prescription glasses or needed an annual check-up, then he can do the job. However, if you need someone to get the correct lenses to a high prescription, then I suggest you keep looking.
