Powell Place

We spent a week here in June and had a great time. Location is perfect to catch the trolley to go to Union Square or north the Wharf, or walk to Chinatown. Units are spacious, quiet, with just enough amenities to make you feel comfortable and have a nice place to relax after a day of sight seeing. Phon Sambath, one of the assistant managers, was a great source for tips on good places to dine. Her suggestions were always right on. I would highly recommend this timeshare.

Beautifully located on Powell St. almost at the top of Nob Hill, this charming time share has spacious apartments which are wonderfully clean and well appointed. The desk staff are friendly, helpful. The cleaning staff wait until the apartment is vacant to do the daily touches.
