This is the worst store I have ever visited or called. Everyone on the main verizon wireless number has been extremely helpful. I have lived in NY and Wisconsin where all the store members give quality customer service. This verizon- everyone is rude. I have gone at least 3 or 4 times and never have a good result. They are horrible.

Horrible service, poor management, very rude. Stay away from this store you will be glad you did. Staff is uneducated and lazy. The employees will waist your time. I would never go to this store for anything ever again. STAY AWAY. TRUST ME. I would give negative stars but i can't. So i gave them 1 star_ THE LOWEST POSSIBLE.

Don't waste your time here. Besides the shady parking situation (plan on navigating through an obstacle course of ramps, dips, turns, and humps), I have had only horrible experiences at this particular location. The latest was the greatest - my phone was stolen, but "luckily," I had the optional $5/month insurance plan.

When I told the young lady at the counter what had happened, said she told me she couldn't help me, that I needed to go get a police report first, then give her the file number... I said i had the insurance to avoid problems should there be a need. Now this lady is rolling her eyes at me, muttering under her breath, and saying it'll take 2 or 3 days to get my replacement phone through "insurance", that they won't give me a replacement on the spot.

Great. What kind of POS insurance is this when I paid probably $70 already in monthly premiums, then have to pay the $50 deductable to wait three days for my same crappy phone, and they wouldn't even loan me a basic phone for those couple days. The woman raised her voice at me MULTIPLE times and then sneered "GAWD!" while rollling her eyes.

When I asked for the manager, Anna, a woman nearby, said "I'm the manager, I saw the whole thing, sir," matter of factly, like I was lying about being insulted by troll 1's attitude. No "sorry"s, no "sorry you feel that way," just a b!tchy look in her eye, and no help from either of them.

AVOID THIS PLACE, they never helped me out, and only offered that I could buy a new phone from them if I wanted my phone right away.

As I have had a contract with Verizon Wireless for several years and work near the Beverly Center, I have gone into this store on at least 3 occasions.

My experience has been that I am either totally ignored, there is an extensive wait, or the employees are rude and fail to be helpful.

I have found this to be the case at most of the Verizon Wireless stores. I don't know if the employees simply are not concerned about customer service, or they are too short-handed, and the employees burned out.

I do not recommend this store for that reason.

If you do come here, parking is a little tricky in this strip mall, but be sure to obtain a validation in the store.

PROS: Some people find Verizon superior
CONS: Poor, uncaring and rude customer svc; long wait time

Verizon has their stuff together. Although they suffer from the same 'you gotta wait' policy as other stores they have a front salesperson that pacifies you. They put you on a waiting list rather then have you take a number. And strangely the wait is never as long. When I do get to a salesperson, they are really efficient.

PROS: good service
CONS: still a wait
