Ymca

Though we are not members of the Y, we have been taking swimming lessons and other exercise classes here and we have always had a very good time there. both my daughter and I learnt swimming at the Y. We both had lots of fun. Staff is very friendly, both at the front desk and the instructors.

Our family goes to the local ymca several times a week. My children go to the daycare facility while I exercise. I like the cycling and hatha yoga classes. The instructors are great! After class I can take the children swimming in the indoor pool.
