The windows are nice, but the company's customer service is non-existent. After all, if you do not answer the phone or return your customer's calls, then you will not have to deal with any complaints or questions. As they have done with me....I will say that when I called their supplier directly. The "Empire Window" technician was very helpful and promptly returned my call.F.Y.I. If the base of your sliding door, where the door connects to the latch is chipped? This is caused by the installer using a power saw vice a hand saw, when cutting the vinyl coated and plastic material.

A check today on the California Contractors Board Website, show that the contractor's license held by Davis Home Improvements has been suspended. This should be of great concern for anyone considering home improvements.

windows were overpriced, weeks late, never got return calls from the office, installer showed up at 5;00pm, 3 days late. never, never, never again Davis Home Improvements.

Had a great experience with Davis Home. Had windows installed, they turned out beautiful. Professional installers came out, did the job and left everything clean and did it on time, wow! The difference these windows make in my home is amazing. thanks!
