mani pedi's are only 20 bucks (yes for both) not 25, and if you only want to tip 20 percent that is two dollars for each person making it a total of 24 dollars for a mani pedi. a bargain anywhere!!! i tip 5 for each just because they are awesome and fast and with that it comes out to 30 total and that is still a great deal for a good and fast mani pedi. so the truth is: 20 dollars for a time efficient mani pedi and yes, two tips but not a big deal on 10 dollars each. and offering the 10 dollar foot massage or hand massage each time is not annoying. you just politely say yes please or no thanks.

If you like to be in and out of the nail salon this is your place. For $20 you get to sit in the spa chair and get a manicure and pedicure done at the same time while being massaged by the chair. I get a simple manicure and pedicure no acrylics and they are great!

I'm only reviewing for Hannah who I went to sooo many times for a Brazilian wax. I haven't gotten anything else done there. It's only $18 and she does a WONDERFUL job. Clean and thorough and most importantly, QUICK! Like 20 minutes tops. I feel I owe her a review since I've came to her time and time again. There's a bit of a language barrier but it caused no problems whatsoever. She's sucha sweet person. I always made sure to give her a 22% (or more) tip. Sadly the distance is too much for me and driving from Pasadena (I know, I'm crazy right?) is starting to feel like it's a little too ridiculous. I'm frantically searching in my own city for a place that comes close to this price w/o any scary experiences...

Main Attration is one of several nail salons on Main that are very assembly line - get in, get out, and gets the job done for cheap. They do have the nice vibrating chairs but the pedicurists are always pushing to sell you the $10 leg massage which I find annoying.

Main Attraction Nail Spa located in Santa Monica on Main Street is always packed. Women with their pants rolled up sitting erect means only one thing: they are getting a pedicure. This nail salon occasionally offers a great combo deal of getting a manicure/pedicure for only $25.00 Two different people work on you at the same time; one slaving over your toes; the other looking after your hands. As you sit in a large vibrating chair that massages your back, you then realize you will have to tip two people instead of one and suddenly your bargain mani/pedi starts to feel more full-priced. The good news is that you are done twice as fast and immediately sent to the drying table where you sit on a picnic style bench next to a sixteen year old that looks like a mini-Paris Hilton and a 45 year old man who speaks like one. Bottom line: we're all worth it- just watch the tip!
