This restaurant used to be one of my favorites. But what the hell happened! It tastes like crud now. The meat was low quality... The buckwheat noodles were undercooked... The sulungtang was bland... It was deplorable to say the least... It seems like Chosun is the only Korean restaurant in Ktown now that is worth going to if you don't want to go to cheap places like Manna.

Pros: ambience upstairs is still alright

Cons: the food

This place has the best Gal Bi Tang(Short rib soup) in LA. I love going here everytime i crave for some kind of korean soup. Also try Roast Gui Phun Chae (Roast beef cooked rare). It's a plate they serve rare roast beef with bunch of sliced vegetable. You wrap vegetables with the meat and dip it into korean sauce. That dish is awesome. They also have awesome Nang Myun(Cold Noodle). Good service and good quality food.
