Just came here over the weekend to see the selection. I was impressed by the cars but they did not have exactly what I was looking for. What earned them a 5 star is my book was how nice and considerate the salesman was. He walked and talked with me for over an hour when I told him from the very beginning that I would not be purchasing a car at that time. He did not seem to care, just wanted to give me information as well as beyond amazing customer service.

I just bought an escape from Chino Hills Ford and I got a great price on it. I had been to quite a few dealers on the hunt for cars, and as a woman have found the salesmen to generally be condescending and pushy, and really try and bully you into buying something. That however was not the case here. I found the sales men really nice and honest and helpful and I really love my new car.

Mike and Cora were very helpful. They made sure all of our questions were answered directly and we had an overall great experience here.

I grew up on Chevys so needless to say I am a Chevy man. Well at least I was, before Chino Hills. I recently bought a 2012 mustang silver 6 speed manual v6 model which is just the coolest, most amazing car I have ever had under me. Work with these guys was awesome too. I cannot believe how helpful they were. I ended up with a great interest rate, great monthly payments, and a short term loan. The service from this team was just excellent and I would highly recommend.

The salesman that I worked with, Andrew was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable when it came to the new Fords that I was looking at and was really patient with me and all of my questions as well. At no point of my time spent here did I feel pressured or pushed to make a purchase that I did not want to.

I cant stand pressure. When I am buying something this important I want information not someone pushing me into a buy when I dont know yet. These people are not like that, They are helpful to let you know your options. They know the answers to your questions. NO PRESSURE!

We knew right away that when the Fiesta came out this was the car we wanted. After a lot of research we knew it would be perfect for our needs but we still needed to test drive it. We headed to Chino Hills Ford where we were greeted by an extremely friendly salesman. He was great through the whole day too; no-nonsense and an all-around great sales person with a great attitude. We bought the car on that day and love it.

Buying my F250 from Chino Hills was the easiest purchase I have made - even better service than from the high end import guys including both my past Acura and BMW purchases. I felt my salesman, Ryan, had my best interest at heart where as it was clear the other dealers were trying to get deeper into my pocket. Go and ask for Ryan you really will not regret it!

Although the showroom was light on models and the salesman seemed to be minimally knowledgeable, the service department was excellent. I did not have a long wait and a mechanic helped with a recall issue. I think I got the car back in record time. I would highly recommend them for service.

Love Chino Hills Ford. I have been a Ford fan since I was a kid and my dad worked at the plant. I am more Eco friendly now then I once was so I had to get myself another Focus- they are amazing little cars! I went to a few different dealerships but ended up buying from Chino Hills. The guys were friendly and informative, it took longer to get the car then I had expected but it was still a great experience to work with them.

My salesman, Andrew, was out of this world good. I thought I did a lot of research before heading into Chino Hills but he knew way more then I did, really smart guy and very easy to work with as well. Everyone here was friendly yet professional and made sure I was a happy customer, which I am.
