I rented a home from Marianne Simmons a realtor assosiate in the bay area. I presently wouldn't touch her with a 10 foot pole; After moving in and causing us to spend $350 to fix the carpet in the family room, with re-payment in the discussion. I gave this charlton $10150 cash in advance of the six month lease. with six and half weeks left to go and no viable conversation with the witch, i sent a letter of intent to vacate. She assured me that she would deal with me and me only with regard to the refunds. Approx $4200. Well, to make a short story longer, she shows up with SEVEN squad cars from the Henderson Police Department and a snowball guy calling himself LOWE productions. Wherein he tells her that there is $5800 worth of damage to the house B.S.B.S. and B. S. even the cops were laughing is this her gimick to not having the money to come up with?? At any rate I am a retired Airline Captain with many resources to pick from and if she thinks that playing her silly little games in scaring ordinary renters she has another think coming, I will cost her more in attorney fees than she ever thought of handing me back what is rightfully mine, who knows it may even get on the news great ADVIRTISEMENT for alll of the little associaties out there trying to make ends meet. Oh, well.
