This U-haul is right up the street which is very convenient for us and evidently convenient. They rent small trailers to large moving trucks as well as sell boxes, rent dollies and sell propane which is a plus for the BBQ. From a customers standpoint it appears that none of the workers know what to do. There is a lot of helter skelter going on and it takes way too long to handle a customers transaction. They either have people who are not trained properly or Uhaul makes it so there is long wait for customers waiting to get severed due to paperwork. No matter what time of day, there is always a long wait to get served.
