Asena's is one of our favorite lunch spots at work. I like their veggie dishes but the fish looks good as well. My friend likes shrimp scampi over pasta (not on the lunch menu) and she loves it! I could snack on the bread and olive oil (and vinegar) all afternoon (watch out hips!). The prices are reasonable and the service is great and the owners come over to greet you and ask about your meal. They have a full bar, if you are so inclined.

Alameda is not known for great restaurants, but Asena is near the top of most everyone's list. The place is very comfortable, they have dinner specials every night, and the menu changes seasonally. The owners wait the tables, so you know that you are being well taken care of.
