I had a similar experience scheduling an appointment, only mine was early in the morning. They open at 7:30, so I went in at 8 only to be told the doctor doesn't come in till 9:30. So I made a 9:30 appointment but wasn't seen till 10:15.
They seem far too eager to take on worker's comp cases. The doctor asked me very leading questions about my injury and had bottles of pills pre-labeled. I also saw bottles of medical supplies that expired more than 2 years ago sitting out. Overall the place just creeped me out. If your boss asks you to go there because of worker's comp, try to find your own doctor!
