Costa Del Sol Tanning

I've been tanning at Costa Del Sol for almost seven years, and here's why: I Can Afford To.
I've sampled around at almost every tanning salon in 7x7 sq miles, but it's so damn expensive to get a tan in SF, I always come back to this sunny spot on nob hill.
in addition to having the lowest prices in the city, they've usually got some kind of promotion going that saves me even more money and lousy economy or not - a tan is one luxury I simply won't do without.
I'm told that you can make an appointment, but I've never have to wait more than three minutes for a bed.
the rooms are clean, the bulbs are fresh and the staff is friendly, knowledgable and easy on the eye. (say Hello to Pete for me!)
all in all, I feel that I'm getting exactly what I'm paying for: A great tan in a relatively sunless city.

Pros: reasonable prices, clean rooms/beds, great results

Cons: lotions are a little spendy, zero parking

as far as tanning places in the city go, this place is the best value for your money. it's also the only place with high pressure beds in the north beach/ nob/ russian hill area. buying a package is the best way to go.

Pros: good value especially when buying a package, good results, convenient

Cons: single packages are expensive

I went to CDS for the first time today and was throughly satisfied with my tanning experience. The sales girl was friendly and knowledgable and the prices are quite reasonable. You can even get a great deal by printing the tanning deal coupon on their website. I will definitely make this place my new tanning home.

Pros: Lots of different beds, reasonable price

I shopped around and did much research on tanning establishments. I went to several different places and was disappointed time and time again either due to quality or service or both. I feel that you truly get your moneys worth along with just an overall positive experience when you go here.

I love this place! Whether I just want to buy one low pressure session, a package, or whatever, the staff is always helpful and never pushy. They answered all my questions, no matter how basic, and are always polite. With your own stereo system, you can listen to whatever music (cd or radio) you want. The rooms are always clean. I tried the sunless tanning once, and while I don't think I prefer it, the lady was extremely helpful and took a lot of time to show me how to do it to make sure I didn't get streaks (and her advice was very good!). I always feel happy, tan, and relaxed when I leave.

Pros: service, choices, lotions offered

Cons: parking might be tough sometimes
