These guys are the WORST!!! I can hardly believe they are a business - thanks to them, I ended up after 9 months of repeated complaints, having the Bureau of Automotive Repair settle the case with clear and noted violations. Not only are these guys incapable of managing repairs, or making adequate repairs, but they consistently lied, dodged their responsibility and did the worst repairs imaginable. RUN SCREAMING!!! I will never go to this place again.

I went there for a oil change. I get a mailer in the mail for a 59.99 deal for a Minor Oil Change and a complimentary car wash.

After my oil change is done, i go out to my car and my front tire is flat. So i tell the guy these aren't my tires and my rim is missing. He said oh, your rim was broken, we put it in your trunk.
WTF!
That's some shady stuff. If my rim was broken why didn't someone tell me my rim was broken.

I go to sit in my car, the plastic is still on my seat the paper floor mat is still on the floor and they didn't wash my car. The mailer said a free car wash with every service.

So after they rotated my tires they didn't check to see if my tires needed air, isn't that what the 25 point inspection is for. How come my tires are flat and my car is still dirty.
I was so upset I took the plastic and the floor mat and the number that was still in the window and threw them on the ground and drove off.

This is my first and my last time at Toyota Central.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I will never take my car back to Toyota Central. I took my 2007 white Toyota corolla to get a 15,000 mile service maintenance and they scrathed my bumper,left a red cloth inside the hood, and did not wash my car as promised/advertised. Not to mention that I had an appointment and I still had to wait for 2 hours. As soon as I got home from Toyota Central I noticed dirt tire marks on the passenger upper side of my bumper. I got a wet cloth to remove the dirt marks and notice a lot of sctraches around that same area that were not there before. It is obvious that they carelessly leaned tires and other dirty equipment on my car. I had just washed my car 2 days before taking it to them and I know that it didn't have any sctraches. TWO weeks later I found a red cloth in the hood of my car! They forgot a red cloth on the hood! This could have started a fire! I take really good care of my car since I still owe thousands of dollars on it and I was willing to pay there high prices because I thought my car would be in good hands. This is the worst experince I have had and I would never ever again take my car to Toyota Central. I filed a complain with my credit card whom contacted Toyota Central and Toyota Central replied by saying that they don't understand why I'm not satisfied since they did perform the 15,000 mile service- I didn't know that their service came with scratches and dirt marks to my car NOR that it included leaving dirty clothes in the hood of my car. I will NEVER go back to this place.....the people are unprofessionals and not willing to help.

I can't speak to the car buying exeperience, but I have taken my car in to Toyota Central for service under warranty. The quality of the work they provide is excellent, but they're sloooow, and also very expensive. Even an oil change will run you $70 and take 3+ hours!

I recently moved from AR to CA, I thought that there was no way I would find a service department who would take care of me like my service department in AR but I was wrong. So far I have been to 3 toyota service departments and have has to leave two to return to the first because the customer service was no as good. The guys there reallly make you feel at ease about whatever problem you may have with your car and they don't look at you crazy/treat you like your an idiot (I'm a woman who knows absolutely nothing, other than how to start and where the gas goes) when you try to explain the problem that you are having.

PROS:
CONS: The long wait (I waited 2 hours for an oil change with an appt)
