This is Northern style pho so you won't be gettin the typical sprouts and cilantro garnishes. The noodles are a bit thicker, and flat like ho fun and the broth is delicious. As with all pho critics, it's all about the broth- They add ginger for additional flavor and the noodles never stick together in one big clmp. Worth the wait!
