I moved from here to where I am now. There is no place for children to play, like ride their bikes or skateboard. My poor cat developed a condition where her hair fell out because of some chemical they used on the carpet for fleas. AND the rent kept going up. Noisy too.

the grounds are beautiful but look out because once you move in the nasty office staff make everything turn gray! I loved it here at first but the hidden troubles quickly came out! Things look nicer then they are. fresh paint and new carpet can't hide everything! The wood is rotting, roof leaking and when the mold starts to grow they suggest you clean in. the management is a huge dissapointment! many other review sites will show this place is not what you expect! We have seen the police here several times due to trouble neighbors and have talked with many people who have the same problems with the staff. On a positive note the grounds keepers are wonderful and the maintence guy is nice, but only comes when the office approves. Save your money look else where till they change their staff! Also lets not forget the horror of parking. If you have more then one car you can plan on walking severl blocks to park if you get home past 5. Don't move here there are other place in CM!!!

I've been living in apartments in L.A. and Orange counties for about 13 years now and Pine Creek is the best place I've lived yet. My husband and I happened upon the place quite randomly the day we were looking for apartments in Costa Mesa. At the time, they only had one 1 bedroom available and they showed it to us but apologized for the current state of it as the last person had just moved and assured us that it would be spic and span when we moved in. The place was very large for a 1 bedroom and had a vaulted ceiling in the living room and a walk in closet in the bedroom. The price was right so we took it. It's now been 3 years and although we'd really love a house right about now, we couldn't beat living at Pine Creek. There are 4 modern laundry rooms, 2 swimming pools and a jacuzzi, gated parking, man-made streams and lots of trees throughout the complex, an exercise room, and about 5 or 6 different floorplans to choose from. The management is on site and the maintenance service it top notch. The prices seem to be very comparable (slightly less expensive at the moment) to neighboring complexes. I would highly recommend living here.

PROS: too many to list!
