The reason my kids are not afraid of going to the dentist is the stupendous work of this entire team. They carry the day together. They are attentive and never stingy with their time even though they are busy, of course. The manage business in a way that astounds by the sheer force of their efficiency. \nEven as they keep things at good speed, they pace themselves so that your kids do not feel rushed. Nothing of that sort happens here. Kids are addressed as the full persons they are regardless of their age. My kids love their dentist. I am thankful for the support he gives me with my childrens health and for the flexibility in time and budget that he offers.

There is a transparency to what goes on in this office that I appreciate. I wouldnt bring my kids here that werent the case. That transparency is imperative for me because I have my childrens teeth checked and worked on at this site. I adore everyone who works in the office because they are all on the same page. What I mean is that they want to give you affordable and fantastic dental services, but they also want you to feel like youre appreciated for choosing their services.\nI cant get over how much respect they have for you as a parent and as a person that has to make small budgets stretch to provide for a whole household. For your kids this is the best place to arrange for a visit.

My husband and I, along with our four children, all go to West Coast Dental! The reason why I love West Coast Dental is because the staff is friendly, professional and always courteous to my family members. Our dentist is extremely professional, gentle, and takes his time with each procedure without wasting our time. \nLast year my husband got laid off from the job he had had for 13 years. We were devastated as a family. However, a few of my children still needed dental work done and I was determined to help them. After a sad day, almost in tears, the kind receptionist at West Coast Dental recommended their discount dental plan. I was stunned! That month, my children were able to receive the dental care they needed before school started again. Thank you West Coast Dental for all of the little things and the big stuff!!

I have four kids and theyre all still very young, but all of them are of age for coming regularly to the dentist. The five of us, when my wife cant accompany us make the trek to this address. Its a boisterous outing but the staff does not mind us, they welcome each member of my family. I get a little flustered when my kids act up but the staff stays calm about it. They engage the children in constructive ways whenever they get a little out of hand and I need help containing them for the sake of the other people present. \n\nThis is a dentist you feel good about taking your kids to. I think Im incredibly lucky for living nearby, but if I didnt live as close to this office as I do now, I would definitely make the voyage to be greeted with such good humor and to have my children receive such excellent care.

Bravo! They deserve a medal for the work they carry out. They demonstrate such patience and empathy for children. They stay on track with their schedule but they never make you or your kids feel rushed or unimportant. They provide the attention each of your kids deserves and the attention you come to them to give them (the kids).

My two kids get their dental attention from this branch. Sometimes my youngest has thrown a tantrum, but no one on the staff loses their cool. They must really like children or get trained for working with young people. I applaud their hard work and effort. Most of all though, I applaud the great results they give you and their attitude.

My daughter had little cavities on her 2 front teeth when we first went to this clinic (Hawthorne and Sepulveda) in 2009. We were given 2 choices for the crowns. The silver ones will be done for free (c/o insurance) or the white crowns for $250 each ($500 for her 2 front teeth).\n\nI mentioned that I really prefer to have the white ones so that my daughter will not feel different. I'm worried that she won't smile as much as before like what I've seen other kids do. I was promised that if I choose the white crowns, they will take care of it until the time that the permanent ones come out. I did not think twice. I agreed to pay $500 although I know other dentist would just offer to take a chip off those teeth and the cavities will be gone. As a mother, I'd give the best to my kids as long as I can afford it.\n\nIt was never mentioned that I would need to take her to the clinic a minimum of twice a month to get it fixed over and over again. It either gets off the tooth whole or a portion of it gets off the tooth while the other part stays sticking to the tooth. When the crown is off (i guess because of the frequency of the ""repair"", and they had to keep scraping a little of it each and every time) all that is left to my daughter is the brown and spiky inner teeth. I tell you, it is really not pleasant to look at especially for a little girl who loves smiling a lot. Every time this happens, I take a leave of absence from work for half a day and bring her back to the dentist. Most of the time, she also has to skip school. \nI did not complain even if it was such a hassle...it was the price I have to pay for wanting my daughter to look her best, besides, I paid for it so I better make the most of it. \n\nYesterday, I took my daughter again. Both crowns are off, again. Her dentist was not there so she had to be seen by another dentist. And then the girl told me that I had to pay $500 again if I want them to put on both crowns that will be stronger than the ones that they have been giving her. Another $500 after they promised me that the first procedure would be good up to the time she gets her permanents...\n\nTimes are hard nowadays, money is not as easy as it was. They know that I wanted the whites and would bend over backwards to pay it rather than see my daughter with those shaved teeth that looks like short brown fangs. I felt blackmailed, like ""it's up to you if you want your daughter's teeth looking like that."" \n\nI opted not to have it done by them. I will find some way to get it fixed. But looking back I should not have believed the promise. I know it was too good to be true so I should not have counted on it. I thought they have this genuine love for kids...they do not. They left my daughter in the cold and that is just not acceptable.\n\nHave those promised written and signed...\n\n \n\n

My dentist referred me to take my son to Magicland since he would cry a lot and didn't cooperate. Magicland is set up for kids and the staff know how to treat them. The atmosphere is friendly and my son had less phobias. I was very impressed !

Great place for kids. Staff go out of their way to make kids feel comfortable. They have the digital X-ray so they can catch cavity early. Great emphasis on oral health and prevention. Thank you Magicland!!!!

My son was 3 and had lots a problems with his teeth, this office took care of my son and completed his dental work just when I thought it was going to be impossible to get him to sit still.
They were wonderful, caring and had my sons best interest as the priority not dollar signs.
I would recommend them to everyone in need of a good pediatric dentist.

I took my two kids to Magicland and I was impressed with the professionalism and service.
The decor is so cute. The kids have their own little door, and there is a train that goes around the office. The doctors and staff went the extra mile to make sure my kids and I had a great experience! They emphasize prevention. They go over diet, habits, etc. I recommend Magicland to all.
The doctors and staff are extra gentle and caring. Best of all they put the kids on a 6 month check up. Thank you Magicland!!!!

Went with my 4 year old and had to wait more than an hour. Would never go back there! Staff couldn't tell me what was going on and never even apologized. After the check up, they just wanted to schedule the next one. Yeah right!
