great work! always go there but they were closed at 230 on a sat. and went to another shop! bad exper. That is what I get for not sticking with them.. they do great work and do all my equip!! Thanks guys!!

Beware of everything about this shop. It is a shame that they are the only warranty shop nearby for troy built. Absolute worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Brought my mower in to ask for an estimate on repairs. Two weeks pass and no call back. I called and asked if the estimate was ready and they acted like I was stupid to be calling so soon. Another week goes by and no call back. I call again and they tell me the repairs are 1/2 way done and the total I owe is X (before calling and telling me what repairs are needed and actually getting my go ahead to do the repairs). Then tell me a part needed to finish the repair is on back order. They again acted as if my call for a status was a huge burden. No eta on the parts. Call again in another week and no part in. Call again in another week and they say, Oh, yeah, that's been done for a while now. Thanks for the heads up! I don't understand how such a poorly run business can keep its doors open.

I took my mower in for repair, and knew what was wrong with it right when he tried starting it, did something to it, and it was running great. Didn't even charge for me for it. Now I take all my yard equipment to them.

Gary's Mover repair shop Orangevale didn't repair our generator as promised 4 weeks later he gave nothing but excuses. Note I still was forced to pay for generators that were not repaired. 4 weeks wait no repairs made and i was still forced to pay to get them back.

I took my weedeater in for war. work and they took good care of me! when i got the weedeater back it ran so good i decided to take my old mower in and it runs like new now! and its clean!!! great guys!! great work!!

I have always taken my equipment there and have great service!! I just took in my riding mower ,self propelled mower and weedeater and they were cleaned up nice and they run great!! took 5 days but thats not bad since its spring!! they have also help with getting hard to get parts for my fathers old riding mower!!!

After having mower in shop for 6 months we got it back and then belt was broke we returned it to get that fixed and then waited another 2 months.I call to see when it would be ready and they say tomorrow and i call tomorrow and once again

My husband bought a used weed eater from gary's, brought it home and it broke. we took it back the next day to return it but they would not give us our money back. Instead they fixed it and gave it back to us. We took it home and it broke again. We took it back the next day and again they refused to give us our money back. We left the weed eater there. The owner told us we were idiots and that we were just trying to screw him over, which was not the case. We disputed the charges with our credit card company and as we left told him so. He then said "Well then I will see you at your house". We took this as a threat and left. All this hassle over a $60 weed eater. Hope this helps in deciding if you want to take your equipment to a shop like this.

great work once again!! they have always done all of my equipment maintnance and major repairs and do great work! they do get busy but that happens i gues when ur good!!! there also doing alot of cleanup and improvments in the shop! it seems to be getting to be a better place if that possable!!! great work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went to Gary's Mower Shop because it was listed on the Troybilt web site as an authorized repair facility, and, because they told me it was a 7-10 day lead time. At 16 days they still had not looked at it. The day after I called, it was ready. I called to say I would pick it up, they said they would be there till 5:00pm. I got there at 4:30 and they were closed - an hour drive for nothing. The next day I called to verify they would be there but all I could get was the answering machine. I asked to be called back but they never did. When I did pick it up, the problem was not fixed, and they didn't check or put gear oil in it. The problem was that the tiller was stuck in neutral. The shop did break it loose so it would go into slow gear. I worked WD-40 into the shift dog myself and now it works great. I won't be taking any equip to Gary's Mower Shop again.
