The room was a little dated. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially those at the front desk. It was a little hard to sleep during the night because of the street noise. The hotel is close to the trolley, cable cars, Union Square, and shopping.

This hotel ROCKS. The staff is so friendly and on top of things. The rooms are quaint and a very good deal for the amenities that are included. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I loved the Monticello Inn. The staff were all very friendly and remembered my name. The location is great, close to lots of shopping, the cable car and the theater district. The wine and cheese hour is great and we were lucky enough to

We just stayed here during a week's vacation. The location is ideal (especially if you don't have a car): It's near the Cable Car and Muni Metro transportation hubs that can get you all over the city. The hotel itself has a very welcoming
