I went in on three different occaisions and they were not interested in servicing my "warranty covered " issue unless I was doing non warranty service also. They suggested each time that I come back when I do my next oil service and then they would look at my issue. They said it would take 45 min to an hour to replace a blinker bulb and that i should come back in a few weeks when it was time for my next service. Then I went to Clippenger Dodge in West Covine and they did it in 9 minutes. So in conclusion, they were friendly when i was buying the car 6 months ago but not so much in the service area. sorry. P.S. The regular service at Clippenger was actually less expensive for the same Dodge service. Huh..go figure that out.

Not too bad. I'm always skeptical about dealerships, and rightfully so, but this one is okay for sure. I guess you have to have great service if you sell Dodge because they will be in and out of the shop. My mother's car needed a specific part and they (Adam) knew exactly what it was and told me it would be one day or I could go to X, Y, Z to get it. Their prices are also very good considering it is a dealership (about 10% above generic parts from Autozone, etc.), so go for it.

Well, if the people on the phone are any indication of what type of service I'll be getting this weekend, I look forward to going there.The receptionist on Tuesday morning was very friendly, and John in service was just as great. I will be going there Saturday for the 1st time since my dealership closed. I will be back with a report od service in monday!

I purchased a Chrysler Sebring 2008 a year ago from Glendora Dodge and the experience was horrible. I purchased a brand new car, which they claimed they could obtain from another dealership. They gave me of specific time that it would be ready for pick up and it wasn't. The car they delivered was not exactly what we agreed upon and they tried to charge me for Sirius Radio, without my permission. They kept making mistakes on the contract and had to re-do it three times. The sales guy was pleasant, but as soon as the financing/ contract department took over... it was a mess. I'm happy with my car, but unhappy with the service I received.

Well someone lucked out in 2005 when they were serviced. We bought 2 cars at this dealer and are happy with the sales staff. we went In with an engine problem on a Monday morning and told we had to wait until Thursday for someone to look at it. on that day they, once we called stated that it was an engine problem and they would order the part. they stated it would be in on Tuesday. we had to get a rental. talked to the head of service who stated he would take care of it personally. Never heard from him. we finally got the vehicle back on the following Thursday. the dealer called and seemed upset that we did not drop everything and come pick it up immediately.when we did arrive we were embarrassed by the treatment we were given the person from finance walked through the dealer shouting that they had our paperwork and that they had to process it. we were stared at by all employees as if we were the enemy. would suggest that you go to any other dealer for service as some of the work they did a year ago has had to be done again.

If you buy a vehicle from Glendora Dodge ask for one of the Morales brothers. They will definitely make your whole buying experience very refreshing. I wish all car salesman could take a lesson from Loren & Wade .Great guys at Glendora Dodge.

it's hard to believe, but this place really does have amazing customer service. Especially in the repair department. Ask for Ryan, they will bend over backwards to help you and they are amazingly considerate of your time and needs!
