They can recommend the right bike for you based on your needs. They can make repairs (sometimes on the same day, but go in the spring or winter for your tune up, they get really busy in the summer) One major element of DBB is they will not over charge you. Unbelievable prices. Oh yeah, no cell phone usage in store. The owner was incredibly helpful and even helped us put the bike carrier on the back of our vehicle. Two years later he tuned up the bikes and installed a child carrier on the back of my bike. Every time I stop in I am treated with respect, even though it is pretty obvious that I am not a serious cyclist.
