I purchased an engagement ring for my wife 12 years ago here. I was a lower enlisted man and Patty took care of me.She sold me a quality diamond ring in my budget without pushing anything on me.Over time we bought more jewelery here and will continue to use Patty as our 'personal jeweler'. When I walk in she remembers my name, my wife's name and who we are. It is to the point that when we are in Cotati we stop by just to say hi(but getting my wife out of there with just a hi is a challenge).Patty is also skilled in her trade.Other places order a variety of jewelry out of catalogs and sell them, if you don't see what you're looking for please come back next month, not Cotati Jewelers.they design some of their inventory and will work with the customer to build the ring of their dreams.Cotati Jewelers is the kind of business that you will recommend to everybody but definitely one I'll send my daughter to when she gets married.

I've purchased several items at Cotati Jewelers over the years. Most recently, I had a diamond ring converted into a necklace. Since I have had only top service from the owner, I entrusted to her judgment the design and setting of my piece. True to my expectations, my necklace turned out to be a beautiful addition to my collection. The price was reasonable, service could not have been more courteous, wait time was minimal. I have recommended Cotati Jewelers to my friends. Not one person has been anything but delighted with this gem of a jewelry store.

I was fortunate to be referred to Cotati Jewelers over 10 years ago by a friend. I have gone there for all of my jewelry repairs and purchases ever since... even though I now live 20 miles away. I find the owner and her staff not only to be well-qualified, courteous and timely in their service; but also to price their merchandise and services more reasonably than other jewelers with whom I had done business. But what I like most about Cotati Jewelers is that it reminds me of the neighborhood stores I used to go to with my parents when I was a kid... where you are greeted by name and made to feel like it is their honor to do business with you... A rare experience these days. If you're looking for a Jeweler, I couldn't recommend one more highly.

PS: The previous review doesn't make any sense to me based on my experience with this store and it's owner. My guess is that there's more to the story.
