Ortega Anthony Dds - Burton Schnierow & Assoc Inc

One of the best dental offices I have ever been to. The staff is efficient and very friendly. I will continue to go to Dr. Schnierow and will refer all of my friends and family to do the same.

The staff is so rude and the dentists are terrible and extremely unsympathetic!! If you are in true pain, do not go there! They don't care about you!!

I've been going to this dental office for 16 years and I haven't had too many issues. I will agree that the front desk staff is not the best but overall I've had pleasant experiences. I usually see Dr. Kulle and will only see another dentist if she is on vacation or out ill, which is few and far between. I've been to a few dental offices and none of them are perfect but this one is better than most.

The best place to ever to get your teeth fixed, get braces or anything HERE... Ive never had a bad experience, they are thourough and consistant. I love the dentist, the staff, and the plants they give away. They are completely awesome and anyone who says different is crazy. If they had any problems it probably was because their teeth where really jacked up. LOL But Anyways go here get all your needs taken care of and nevermind the haters of the dentist world. Believe me I've been going here since i was like 9 and im 21 now so please believe i had my times of running to the dentist and getting fillings.

I am not pleased with the some for the receptionist's who greet me
at the front desk. I would appreciate a little better customer service .
Perhaps when one of the young ladies ends a transaction with a
patient instead of uttering " here you go " . How about using the phrase " Thank you".
I find it very difficult to enter the facilility at Schnierow Denta Care because the young ladies who greet you are not friendly at all.
It is as though they forget which side of the counter they are sitting
on. How difficult is it to greet everyone regardless of race with
a nice friendly greeting. People underestimate the art of human kindness it will actually be bestowed upon you if you pass it on to others. Also, I am not happy that Dr. Guedikian did not fill my cavity, although I asked. I was told that I needed a crown and 1 cavity filled. I think it is mean to have a patient walk around with a tooth that smells.Previously, I have never had an encounter with a dentist who would allow patient's to walk around with a cavity, however Dr. Guedikian has me on hold until next week.

My family has been a patient for over three years. What I love about them is they have a seperate office for the kids set up with video games and tv's.

This is no joke, they will crack your teeth! (they did mine!) Even if you have your own insurance, they MAKE you buy their own HOUSE insurance to have the double coverage (Think who would benefit from that?). They give away this little pathetic plant that dies in a few days every time I go in (waste of patients' money being spent). Small unpleasant dingy office with unprofessional dentists (there are several and you can't choose one so you'll get a different one each time), would NEVER recommend.
