This was a man of excellent integrity. He was very nice and was able to fix our big screen quickly. We decided to pay all moneys up front, and when the parts were in, he came on a weeknight and installed the parts. Our tv picture is as new. My wife and I would recommendthis serviceto anyone.

Color Rite TV was very prompt at returning my call, and arrived right on time. My TV is in a large entertainment unit and was hard to get at. Joe was very courteous and figured out how to turn the TV around inside the entertainment center. I have a 13 year old Zenith tube TV that the red tones were not working. . He explained the problem and repaired it on the spot. I thought the cost was very fair at $175.00. It took about 40 minutes to do the work.

Another company that I called said the picture tube is probably shorted out and it would be better to buy a new TV!

I would call Color Rite TV again if I need service.

Color Rite TV has terrible service!! After speaking with owner Joe on a Tuesday evening and agreeing to come out on Thursday to diagnose the problem with my LCD TV I left work early to be home by our agreed upon time. Joe never showed up. I called Joe, he said he had no record of our agreed upon appointment. I am not sure how he has stayed in business. Hopefully another victim to his inability to stay organized finds value in this review.

Color Rite TV fixed our Samsung LCD a few days ago and my wife and I are happy with their honest service -- something we've found to be a rare item these days. We called another shop over who tried to rip us off by telling us it would cost about $700.00 to replace several modules. So, we thought we'd get a second opinion and Steve from Color Rite came out and found a few parts bad on the "mother board". Their price for the repairs was just a little over $255.00 and they also gave us a good warranty of 90 days on parts and labor. Can't do any better than that. My Father-in-Law recommended them to us. Saved us a lot of money, too.

We called Color Rite TV after the earthquake knocked our Sharp plasma off of the wall and thought we were going to have to buy a new TV. Joe, the owner, sent out his technician and found a crack in a circuit board and had our set back up and running in less than an hour and a half. Their staff has some good level of experience to fix a set we thought was gone. We were surprised and happy we called. Recommended for repairs.

Fast Home Service ... I had my Mitsubishi TV fixed by Color Rite
TV last week and I was glad I called them. Their technician
Steve did some work to the power supply and had it fixed on
the same day. I would recommend them for repairs for sure.

My experience with this company has always been
good since early 1996, when I had trouble with my
Zenith console TV. I recently had a problem with my
Samsung DLP and their tech was out the same day
and had the problem diagnosed and ordered the parts.
Two days later they were back and installed a color
wheel (whatever that is!) and everything has been fine.
They're prices where reasonable, also.

Owner Joseph Kafka came out late one afternoon to assess the problem and his tech was out the next day to solve it. Done right the first time; no need for return visits. 31 years experience. Fast, courteous service.
