Toys R Us

I called twice and can't even get customer service to answer the phone. Can't give a high rating when I can't get service. La Mesa California Store, October 14, 2009

everytime i go into this store, i'm greeted by pretty friendly people... but amy sticks out the most... she has helped me just about everytime i go in there... she has been there since I was young... now i shop there for my son and she knows my name and is super friendly... i love this kind of customer service...

As a collector, Toys R Us can't be beat! Many other stores that carry toys don't have a very big selection. Toys R Us always has a big selection and many times you'll find store exclusives. If you're a collector, you definitely want to visit the store around April when they start getting the new toys in from the toy fair in NY.
Toys R Us has the best selection and same prices you'll find anywhere. Why go anywhere else?

I like toys r us better than Kbtoys because I know they'll always be around unlike the other guys, they ALWAYS go out of business. But if you are interested in going here during Christmas forget about i usually find things to be sold out.

The main benefit of this store over a Wal-Mart or Target is that they just do toys. Usually this means they have more of what you're looking for. Not always. For instance, I went looking for Winks and they only had two kinds. At Target, they had the entire family.

Going to Toys R Us is like being a kid again. They have all sorts of cool toys here, from barbies to gigantic robots. They know how to please the children. The pricing is great. The store has a lot of choices. Toys R Us is somewhere any parent should take their kid.
