Yum!! Best deli in Napa. Nice array of hot dinner food to go as well as lunch. Small Italian grocery store as well.

This is a terrific deli. I go to the Oakland location all the time. My boyfriend's family lives up in Sonoma, so I'm planning to become a regular at the amazing new Napa location to pick up summer picnic supplies. The sandwiches are terrific, and the pasta salads, etc are just as good. If you're ever strapped for something to bring to a potluck, this is absolutely the place to come.

From deli sandwiches to hot pasta, it.s all delicious. The selection of meats, cheeses and salads is abundant and they have several different marinated olives to choose from, my personal favorite. They also have a good selection their own homemade frozen foods, such as lasagna, tortelini, and various sauces.
I haven't tried EVERYTHING yet, but I am working on it. The meat lasagne so far is the best to me.
Today I had the artichoke frittata with the New York antipasti salad. Yummy..............
Prices are reasonable for the quaility product the put out. The Staff is friendly and fun and you really get sort of a familial feeling when you go there. Since discovering this fabulous eatery, I have gone there at least 3 times a week, often purchasing not only for my dinner, but getting enough to take to work with me for lunch the next day.
Oh and last but not least, they sell Ciao Bella Gelato which if you never have had, once you do you will never want to eat any other brand of ice cream or sorbet .
I challenge anyone to find a better sandwich in Napa.

Pros: Friendly staff, fresh food.

Cons: They aren't closer to me.

This is a great place. Sandwiches on fresh bread made to your specification. Fantastic deli food. Nice people though it is strange to be serve Italian food by spanish speaking folks. As close as a a NY deli without flying. Outstanding desserts strong coffee. Great side dishes.

My husband refers to this as his ??favorite deli?, so when we go to Napa this is a frequent stop. Their deli case has a great selection of salads, meat, cheeses, and hot items. We like to get sandwiches with all the fixings. My husband??s favorite is the eggplant sandwich, I usually stick with various cheeses. The atmosphere there is ??Italian Deli? with hanging garlic braids and cured meats, along with tempting pastries. There is an espresso bar and seating inside and a few tables outside. The service is extremely friendly and efficient. During those peak lunch hours you might have a bit of a wait, but it is worth it. Genova??s is tucked away in the shopping center by Longs Drugs.

This is a must for everyone! Perfect for a picknik lunch while wine tasting. Try the number 1! This deli also has great cold cuts and salads to go with your sandwich!
