I purchased a new 2007 mitsubishi. While under warranty my car radiator went out and car engine was damaged. Took car to dealer and was told that the radiator was an after market product that it was not the original radiator. They also told me that it appears my car has been involved in a front end accident because frame was damaged. And voided my warranty. My car has 70,000 miles on it and we have never had any work done to the radiator, and we have never been involved in any accident. It appears that the dealer sold us a new car that had been damaged in some accident. This is fraud because they had to know the car was damaged, i purchased car with 39 miles on it and there shop states that the cars damage was so severe it should have a salvaged title. has anybody had a similar experience with this dealer?. they have refused to help and havre accused me trying to pull a fast one on them.

I am currently having a terrible experience with Mitsubishi Service Department. I took my 2008 Raider truck because engine seemed to be running rough and engine light was on. After an entire week they replaced the ignition coil. When I picked the truck up ,I noticed it was doing the same thing. I called them up and only after insisting there was still a problem was I told to bring truck back. Now they say that they cannot honor the warranty because when I replaced spark plugs about 4 weeks ago, I did not replace them with exact original parts even though the plugs I used cross referenced with original part number. I also mentioned to them that this tactic violates the Magnuson- Moss Warranty Act. I picked up truck from service department which is at the mazda dealership and drove it back to Bakersfield Mitsubishi where it sits now. Truck is running worse now then before. I also will clarify that the problem with truck happened abruptly around the 13th of july. I only replaced plugs as per service schedule and all was fine with truck. Today I'm hoping to meet with Mark at dealership to see if he can help . Wish me luck.

After waiting nearly 20 minutes for a salesmen, my family decided to take an unguided look at their cars ourselves. We were finally approached by a salesman with good intentions on selling us a car. However, this salesman lacked half of a knowledge of anybody that has done their research elsewhere. His poor training made it was questionable how he was even a part of the staff. We felt uneasy about a person trying to sell us a car that he knew nothing about. Our overall experience was terrible. Never did he follow up on the offer. The biggest mistake was not letting us test drive the car. I honestly don't know how he could ever expect to sell us a car without letting us test it out first. in the end, I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone I care for. Untrained staff and poor people skills makes this lot highly undesirable.

My husband and I had to trade in our car - because we had first gotten a bad loan from another car dealership.

1.Helped us to trade in our car with the bad loan.
2.Helped us to get a low interest rate on our new loan - the new interest rate was a quarter of our old interest rate!!!
3.Everyone was very helpful and they have stuck to all of their promises!

I am completely satisfied with this dealership. Josh was our salesman. He was extremely helpful and not pushy at all... the sales manager was very nice and threw in some extras. I will definitely go back there for our next car.

Ahh! I traded in my Honda Civic almost 2 years ago for a Mitsubishi Endeavor. My husband and I originally went there just to check out the Eclipses. Well that was a bad idea, the sales manager ended up trying to talk me into getting a used one, though I didn't even like the way it drove, didn't like the size, didn't like one thing about it. So he just sits there talking to me like he's the devil on my husband's shoulder (he doesn't drive, just I do.. so..). Finally get him to realize I don't care what he was saying and we were on the way out.

Well the other sales guy sees we are getting ready to leave and he says "Oh what about an SUV?" I never thought I would even want an SUV but oh well I ended up test driving the Endeavor. Liked it, so I ended up taking it on a 7- something mile test drive up Grapevine and back.

I LOVE that thing. In retrospect I should have gone to another dealer maybe in LA to buy this, because the sales manager was being a well you-know-what. So I wouldn't recommend this dealership...
