I been there couple times, they overpriced. Plain and simple, but you get what you paid for. I spent $75 on an hour install. it took like 30 mins, but i still paid the full hour. Good work, hella chill. They got a good selection. Check out midnight madness they got sum crazy deals. As far as the staff they helpfull, they took care of my stuff. Only complaint is price, but what isnt expensive these days.

This is the kind of place that is ok if you are in there once, buy what you need and are done. I had trouble with an iPod car stereo hookup, they said they'd call me repeatedly and never called. It too four to five in person visits to get them to address the issue and a few more to get the thing installed. I ended up installing it myself because they couldn't be bothered to do it even though I made an appointment. After being there so many times I get the feeling they are good at making a sale, but after that you're on your own. They have a decent selection of stuff but on principle alone you should find somewhere else.

i bought an eclipse deck from them and when the security system went off they were very rude and unhelpful. they also told me i had to deal with the manufacturer.

I bought an optima battery here a year ago which I thought was a pretty good price until the prices dropped this year. The service is pretty good here and they have a variety of audio and alarm equipment to spend your hard earned money on. They do have clean installs and do a professional job on cusom installs as well.

I have had these guys work on my minivan several times and the do EXC. work they zip tie all loose wires nothing is left hanging. A+ to the Installers.

I have been a customer since 2000,and 3 cars later i'm back great service and deals...hard hitting and clean?can't complain ,if you like hard hitting clean sound? Hi-Tech is the spot
Pros: sound quality,clean installs,customer service and deals on everything
Cons: sometimes hard to find parking

4 months after car alarm install I got car broken into in front of house and my remote pager nor alarm did not go off. I brought it back to their store and they said a connection came loose. Their receipt said lifetime warranty on labor. They excepted no responsibility of bad install. My husband and I will probably take them to small claims court since $3000 was stolen from car in front of our house and alarm didn't work. They claim that an alarm is supposed to detour thieves not completely stop them. My husband told them it didn't even do that. DON"T GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS!!!

My car got broken into last night and my $600 alarm system didn't go off. My husband brought it to them and they said that the connection to the hatch in back of car disconnected. It is practically impossible to do that unless someone went to it inside door and pulled it. My husband says it sounds like an installation problem and what are they going to do for him. Manager shrugged shoulders. My husband is thinking of taking them to small claims court. We lost over $3000 worth of tools. We should have been notified on remote pager but wasn't.
