My mother's 10 year old car would intermittently die on the road, so I took it to D&M Motors because it died while she was here in Palo Alto. She had brought it to other repair shops but they could never fix it. D & M motors was able to fix her car and it has been running fine ever since. When my mother found out the charge would be less than $200 - she was thrilled. She doesn't want to take her car anywhere else. You can't go wrong with this place!

DM Motors has been great to me. I trust them to always check my car thoroughly and only recommend what I really need. They also always keep their eye on upcoming services so you're not taken by surprise.They always give me options for cutting costs. They will pick you up and drop you off (if they have enough staff). Also conveniently located near Whole Foods so you can shop while they work on the car. Prices are competitive, but way better than the dealer.

PROS: Quality of service, location, trustworthiness

These guys are very niue and honest. BMW's are expensive cars to repair. I had a 740 i, but felt confident when I brought my car into DM that they would give me the straight scoop on what the car needed.

DM Motors in Palo Alto has become our favorite auto repair shop. We take in both of our Audi A4s for regular service and maintenance and have developed a very trusting relationship with the knowledgable and polite staff.

Had a tail-light replaced in my Jetta, without any wait! And they didnt charge me a dime!! They were also hugely helpful when I described other problems with my car and let me know about how much I may expect to pay (which happened to be less than half of what the dealership was asking.) Im definitely going back here for any future problems.
